Defination Of Bakul Sia

Bakul Sia or the Sia Basket is a basket known for its significance in the Malacca Malay and Nyonya tradition. Originally it is made from rattans, bamboo and wood wrapped with thick paper or leather, and coloured with red, black and golden paint to symbolize prosperity and richness. Back in the days, this basket would be used in various occasions and events such as wedding or fests that will serve as baskets filled with fruits, cakes and other traditional snacks such as dodol widely known in Malacca for its unique taste.

Globally, the world is witnessing an accelerated uptake of green technology and eco products. The enthusiasm of the populace is complemented by the growing awareness of mankind towards the eco system of OUR world.

Commercializing the green technology is no easy task unless the awareness is embedded in everyone is as easy as reciting the alphabets of A B C. Yes indeed, generating and creating the awareness is tough enough because encouraging mankind towards it may take a period of time and sometimes time itself seems to be exceeding far too fast. 

Adapting the way of life can also be said as easier said than done!

So, how do we play our part in going green?

A : FOR USER MAINTAINANCE, ALL YOU NEED IS TO CLEAN THE PRODUCTS WITH A SOFT BRUSH, THEN USE A DAMP CLOTH TO WIPE IT AND LET IT DRY.
